MATERIALS
Makes 1 mug
2 tbsp white whole wheat flour
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp sugar
a few pinches of salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp plant-based milk
1 tbsp avocado oil (or other oil)
1-2 tbsp chocolate chips
PROCEDURE
1. Add dry ingredients to a microwave safe mug and stir.
2. Add milk and oil and stir until well combined.
3. Top with chocolate chips.
4. Microwave for 40-60 seconds.
VARIATIONS
Use whatever flour you have on hand.
